Pilates is a three dimensional form of fitness in which students will perform challenging exercises in which the difficulty of each exercise can be adjusted through body positioning or weight resistance.  The key element of precise body positioning is extremely important.  Being under the observation of a certified instructor who has the proper knowledge and skill to train you will decrease injury and produce the following resultes:
